This session will discuss 5 steps to help your students overcome Math "trauma/anxiety" and build a better relationship with Math. Time will be given to implement new ideas into your math curriculum.
The Dynamic Duo: Teachers & Paras Working Together explores how strong teacher–paraprofessional partnerships improve classroom success. This session will focus on communication, relationship building, role clarity, teamwork, and strategies for navigating challenges while creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students and staff.
I will be looking at a variety of ways to continue to implement executive functions in the your classroom. We will also discuss how executive functions can positively impact student learning and emotional regulation to support SEL work.
I am a high school math teacher at Nevada High School. I have implemented executive functions successfully into my classroom for the benefit of my students and I am excited to share my learning.
