Our session will look at strategies used by successful educators & coaches and translate them into practical ideas to improve engagement, strengthen team & classroom culture, increase buy-in, and create lasting impact for secondary teachers, coaches, and extracurricular sponsors.

If you are beginning your 2nd year with NCSD, this session is for you! We will introduce the portfolio you will hand in to your evaluator by March 1, and you'll have time to get started on it during this time.

What if we approached unit planning more like flood prevention? We would anticipate pressure points before problems arise, and put supports in place beforehand. This session will give you (K-12, any content) a practical diagnostic framework to prepare for the academic, social, and executive demands of a unit before it trickles over. We will build support proactively and make instruction more efficient for both students and teachers. You will be given time to listen, then time to work.

This is a workshop session. Bring a laptop and your ugliest, most crowded Canvas page. Together, we will give it a total UDL makeover so it is visually calming, incredibly easy to navigate, and 100% ADA-compliant!
