This session will provide special education teachers with time to collaborate to discuss the needs of students and strategies that have been used successfully. We will also be looking at how to write goals that will transition easily as students move to the next grade level or building.
The goal of this session is to review and understand the Depth and Complexity Icons Framework so that you may differentiate your student's thinking within any content. I will provide a take away folder with an overview of the icons, graphic organizers, and Icon mini posters. Please also plan to bring or have accessible and assignment or unit that you would like to increase the depth and complexity of.
